Body odour is a normal occurrence in every growing body. You may notice that you smell different or may even have bad odour (B.O). This is easy to deal with so don’t stress too much, just work on keeping yourself smelling as fresh as you can. Shower in the morning and evening if you can and use soap to wash every part of you, including in between your toes.
For girls, rinse your private part everyday with warm water. Don’t use soap because the acidity in soap may cause an infection to occur. Always wear clean underwear and try not to sleep in any underwear For boys, if you are uncircumcised, read the tips on the left side of this page. If you are circumcised you should wash your penis and your testicles with soap and water. Always wear clean underwear. And try not to sleep in any underwear.
Your feet need attention too so don’t ignore them. For some people smelly feet can be a big problem. Scrub your feet with a wash cloth and a pumice stone and make sure you clean in between your toes always. Dry them thoroughly and sprinkle baby powder on them. Always wear a clean pair of socks.
Under arm deodorant and anti perspiring are your best friends and a must for sweaty armpits. . Sweating is normal and healthy because it helps your body release all the heat that accumulates from normal body functions and it keeps your body cool. One thing that helps absorb sweat is wearing a cotton t-shirt underneath your shirt. It won’t stop the sweat but it will hide the smell. So everyday after you shower, put on some roll on.
