Tsunami alert at the coast

Police in Mombasa have issued a directive to all people living near the shores of the Indian Ocean including fishermen to stay away from the shores in the wake of a Tsunami alert following an earthquake in Indonesia.

Coast PPO Aggrey Adoli says officers have been deployed to forcefully evacuate those who defy the alert.
